SERVICES / SUPPORT & ONGOING DEVELOPMENT

Someone who already knows your store, on call when something breaks.

Not a ticket queue that routes to whoever's free. A retainer with the person who actually built or knows your store, so every fix starts from context instead of a cold read.

WHY "SUPPORT" USUALLY MEANS A COLD START

Most support plans start every ticket from zero. Ours starts from what we already know about your store.

A generic support queue means re-explaining your store's history every time something breaks. A retainer means the person answering already knows what changed last month.

01
Context, not a cold ticket

We know your store's history, so fixes don't start with twenty minutes of re-explaining what changed.

02
Problems caught before they're urgent

Proactive monitoring flags drift and errors before a customer finds them for you.

03
Small dev work, without a new project

Feature tweaks and small builds happen inside the retained hours — no separate proposal for every request.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The ongoing work that keeps a store from quietly drifting.

PR
Priority response

Support requests answered within 4 hours, not a generic 48-hour SLA buried in fine print.

DH
Retained dev hours

A monthly block of hours for small features, content changes, and fixes — no per-task invoicing.

MO
Proactive monitoring

Uptime, checkout, and app-error monitoring so issues get caught before customers report them.

UP
Theme & app updates

Kept current with Shopify platform changes, so nothing breaks from a silent update you didn't know about.

RC
Monthly check-in

A short, plain-language rundown of what happened, what we fixed, and what's worth watching.

ES
Escalation path

If something needs more than the monthly hours allow, you get a clear scope and price — never silent overage billing.

HOW IT RUNS

No onboarding project required to start.

01DAY 1
Store review

We get familiar with your setup, apps, and recent history — even if we didn't build the store originally.

02WEEK 1
Monitoring goes live

Uptime and error monitoring configured, so issues start getting caught from week one.

03ONGOING
Requests, as they come

Send a request whenever something comes up. Priority response, work logged against your monthly hours.

04MONTHLY
Check-in

A short summary of what happened and what's worth planning for — not a padded status report.

WHAT YOU CAN COUNT ON
No lock-in contract

Month-to-month. Pause or cancel whenever it stops making sense for your store.

No surprise overage bills

If a request exceeds the monthly hours, you get a scope and price before we start, never a silent invoice.

Works on stores we didn't build

You don't need to have used us for the original build to start a retainer.

FAQ

Common questions about the support retainer.

No — most of our retainer clients came to us with an existing store built by someone else. The first week is spent getting familiar with your setup before anything urgent comes up.

Unused hours don't carry over indefinitely, but we'll flag it if you're consistently under-using the retainer — we'd rather right-size the plan than keep billing for hours you don't need.

Anything actively costing you sales — checkout failures, site downtime, broken payment methods — gets immediate priority. Feature requests and small changes get queued normally within the response window.

Yes — month-to-month, no long-term contract. If it's not earning its keep, you shouldn't be stuck paying for it.
